Discussion of Physical Performance of Hydraulic Lime and Oyster Shell

This research aims to analyze the physical durability of oyster shells in hydraulic lime-based mortars. In addition to the work trying to predict the in-service behavior of hydraulic lime mortars applied to solid brick substrates, one of the mortar mixtures incorporates oyster shell to recover old construction techniques.
