Well the rain finally let up here in Ohio. Went out and bought a bag of #64 rubberbands. They are narrower than the OTZ vibration dampeners. I spent less than $2 on the rubber bands and got enough of them to last me and everyone in my family for a lifetime. Comparing the OTZ and the #64 rubberband - no difference.

On my Youtek Prestige Pro, I use 1 very small rubberband (1.5mm thick unstretched), and it stops all pinging and vibration but still gives me tons of feel. If i put something like the Gamma shockbuster on that racquet, it's too much and I loose the feel.

Forgot to mention that this will feel very dampened depending on the rubber-band you use as well.If it's small, chances are it will be on pretty tight and offer a very dampened feel. Also, the more stretched out the "dampener" is, the more dampened-ness it will offer and same thing if it is high up next to your bottom-most cross.
